Andaaz Refund & Returns Policy

At Andaaz, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as earrings or personal accessories) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only if:
    • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
    • The item is unavailable after you have placed your order.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (Bank Transfer / Debit or Credit Card).
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or voucher credit.
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days.

Exchange Policy

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

How to Request a Return/Refund

  2. Our team will verify and guide you through the return process.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund/exchange will be processed.

Important Notes

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless you received the wrong or damaged item.
  • Discounted and sale items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged (if applicable).
  • Any product returned without prior communication will not be accepted.
